You will be part of a dynamic team placing senior level executives; vice presidents up to the President/CEO within financial institutions. Successful candidates will be involved in research, developing and executing search strategies, networking, interviewing & qualifying, relationship building and negotiations. As an Executive Recruiter, you will not only act as a consultant to top level executives, but also to financial institutions with hundreds of millions in assets under management. This position is tailored for those with superior verbal and written communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and an innate desire to be in a position of influence. Through extensive training, coaching and mentoring, you will gain the foundation you need to become a successful Executive Recruiter, and if desired, an Executive Recruiting Project Manager. Assertiveness, quick learning and a comfort level with generating initial communication with all levels of executive management is paramount in this role.
